Driven by sheer passion for both cars & business, founder Will has built a career in the automotive industry, from being a trainee at a Mazda dealership, all the way to starting and scaling his own car dealership.
With extensive experience in vehicle sourcing, sales & dealership management, Will & the team are now on a mission to put America’s dealership’s in pole position.
We also use our experience in vehicle sourcing to find excellent cars for our own rental fleet, currently offering rentals to the Salt Lake City area with expansion plans for the future.

The Story So Far - A Note From Will
“Hi, I’m Will the company founder. Firstly thanks so much for taking the time to check out our website. This business is something I am extremely proud to have started and I’m very excited to help it grow and meet many new faces along the way.
For as long as I can remember cars have been a huge passion of mine. Growing up in England my family and I would very often check out car shows, head into London to spot supercars and attend racing events at tracks such as Silverstone and Snetterton. My first car was a 2003 1.2 Renault Clio, and soon as physically possible I upgraded to a Clio RS!
I couldn’t picture myself in a career working with anything other than cars, so at 18 I managed to get my first job in a car dealership. I sold cars for a Mazda dealership for a few years, picking up various aspects of experience around sales and the running of a car dealership. Then in February 2021 I took the leap to starting up my own dealership business, Coles Auto Collective.
These past 4 years running my own dealership have been fantastic, the business scaled from the humble beginnings of my driveway to an epic selection of sports/performance vehicles, all carefully hand picked by myself. These 4 years have provided incredibly valuable experience in not only sales, but also vehicle sourcing, managing company growth, vehicle logistics, accounting, bookkeeping, reputation building & management, valeting/detailing and so much more. It has been a chance to understand all these different areas on a deep level.
And now, the next step of the journey is bringing all of this knowledge and passion to the USA to start an exhilarating new chapter with Coles Automotive LLC. We aim to provide a service like no other to help car dealerships reach their full potential, offer a fantastic selection of rental vehicles to the local area and then in the near future open up our own dealership.
